Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who came out and surfed it up at the Peach District Festival!  We had a blast putting the Australosurfecus sound out there for the first time, and it was a great crowd to play for – lots of smiles and heads bobbing all around.

There are pictures floating around on several cameras – and even talk of a live recording of the performance – so check back for multimedia updates in the near future.  If you happen to have some pictures of the Surfecus in action you’d like to share, drop us an email and fire the pics our way.

Thanks to Zack and the rest of the Peach District crew for putting on the event and inviting us out to play, and here’s to hoping they have us back for a rockin’ PeachToberfest this fall!

The Surfeci take the stage by reverberated storm on Friday, June 5th at the 2009 Peach District Festival.  Starting at 8:00 p.m. we’ll be playing a set on the King Avenue stage, right near the Dragonfly Cafe at 247 King Ave.  The festival is celebrating the rebirth of the Peach District neighborhood, which is tucked in between the Short North, Victorian Village and The Ohio State University.  Visit http://thepeachdistrict.wordpress.com/ and we’ll see you there on the 5th!
